We have never used fertilizers / pesticides / chemicals in any part of the process while our World Pioneering "Ancient Forest & Environment Preservation" Estate / Unit & Products are absolutely free of plasticizers / heavy elements / metals / atmospheric oxides, achieving at the same time Negative Carbon Status, 3rd party certified (absorbing 431tn of carbon dioxide annually). We don’t “control”, we don't change anything in the millions of years old pure eco-system, nor intervene in the flora / fauna, nor use any artificial intensive "regenerative" / "permaculture" or other "assisting" agricultural method. We just escort and live with the natural process observing the trees, the olives, the leaves, the soil.

At autumn the olives become ripe to harvest. We wait for the right timing. We don’t force the olive drupes to mature in anyway. Nature knows.

The "Alpha-Omega" world pioneering process, designed, built & implemented by us in order to protect, preserve the healthy nutrients, begins with the handpick harvest of our wild olives which are headed directly to our "cold" Press, then immediate "cold" Bottling and "cold" Storing in our Unique-in-the-World Unit within our Estate, using only glass bottles and inox tanks (the only materials completely inert and non reactive with olive oil while being at the same time 100% recyclable) and avoiding completely any harmful for the human health materials and elements such as tin, metal, plastic, "compostable", "seaweed", "pods", "biodegradable" etc. The entire Process (Handpick Harvest, Pressing, Bottling, Storing, Distribution) has been especifically invented for our Medicinal Wild Olive Oil ®. We are owners of 100 acres (400 stremmas) of a "Naturally Organic Estate" (def: no resources used outside our own Ecosystem). We own our own World Pioneering Pressing / Bottling / Storage Unit (Negative Carbon Status, absorbing 431tn carbon dioxide annually or 215.5kg of carbon dioxide absorbed per liter of Medicinal Wild Olive Oil ® produced), in the heart of the region of Ancient Sparta. We grow together with our trees and produce what our Ancient Wild Olive Forest can offer without any fertilizers / pesticides / chemicals / plastics / heavy elements / metals / atmospheric oxides. Our product is essential to us, a fraction of it we consume it ourselves for our health and well-being. We are not interested in “producing more”, we accept what Spartan nature offers without interfering, without changing anything in our ancient, taintless ecosystem, without using any "regenerative" or "permaculture" or any other artificial "auxiliary" method..

On 2017 after several analyses that had been conducted for two years, it was concluded that our Olive Oil is so rich in Nutrients that can be used for medical / therapeutic purposes. The development of methods able to measure the Nutrients of Olive Oil, instigated our product to stand out qualitatively. We tuned with the new emerging situation and approached it accordingly. Our path is originality.

Our territory of Spartan land (Lykovouni: "Dazzling Mountain", "Bright Mountain") has been officially declared as "Wild Olive Forest", "Environment Preservation", "Protection of Forest & National Heritage", "Natural Renaissance", "Non intervention / alteration / intrusive" area, by all relevant Authorities of European Union, Greece & Sparta Region and is located in the center of the ancient Spartan Kingdom. It is a remote location in the Wild Spartan territory, away from villages (closest village: 3Km to the southwest), public roads etc. On the highest peak of our Wild Land exist Ancient Ruins (Agios Georgios), concerning a Temple, a Castle, a Tower & a Settlement (downloadable 4MB .pdf article from the Ministry of Archaeology & Culture.
